I get the call at night, during the day...and all the time. You answer and nothing...you call back and hear The caller is not accepting calls at this time. It rings twice...and nothing. I am about ready to go to the police.

Never answered the phone because we don't know anyone from Michigan. If it is a telemarketer calling about expired warranties on cars, then they truly need to stop calling. This is my daughter's phone and she is way too young to drive.

harrassing me at work as well as other workers - i needed a fax number to send them aletter indicating no more calls - no threats etc., he would not give me a fax and was a very strange person - stating it was "alarming" i didnt tell him who or why i wanted it....harrassers

This is a collection agency called "United Recovery Services". They are based out of Houston, Texas and they use local call routing to make the call from them appear to be local when in fact they are calling from Texas. Depending on how they spoof the local digits for caller id this may be illegal, but at they very least it is unethical. Then again, since when have collection agencies ever been worried about ethics?
